La Casa Colina is a project for a house in the Montepinar urbanization, in Murcia. It was proposed as an intervention on a plot with steep terrain and made up of limestone rock. Programmatically the housing needs are solved in a single plant. Taking advantage of the clearing in the mountain to generate an interior patio with a pool. This reduces the price of the work, since the excavation of the land, being rock, is very expensive.
The level chosen to cement the house was chosen to compensate for the clearing and to camouflage it with a landscaping. The steep slope of the mountain means that relatively little space on the plot can be used to build. On the other hand, it starts with the minimum intervention on the plot. Since it is occupied by a pine forest that continues until entering the public forest.
