What must housing for tourist use in the Region of Murcia comply with?

The VUTs are required to comply with Decree No. 256/2019, of October 10, which regulates tourist housing in the Region of Murcia. Among the provisions to be complied with are the following:

Install a visible sign next to the entrance, following the provisions of the Order of July 20, 2006 of the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Consumption.
Make complaint forms available as established in Decree 3/2014, of January 31.
Have civil liability insurance with a minimum coverage of three hundred thousand euros.
Keep a fire extinguisher in an accessible place for use.
Have a first aid kit available.
Accommodation owners must issue invoices or equivalent documents in accordance with the law.
Provide written information, at least in Spanish and English, on the 1-1-2 emergency number and other emergency contacts, as well as relevant tourist information.
