Prefabrication allows the setting of the mortar in optimal conditions and the reduction of the construction time of the building. Using prefabricated concrete structures allows expanding the range of options to create spaces in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.basilioparedes.com\/en\/blog\/what-is-architecture\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Architecture<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-accent-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Total concrete precast systems<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These prefabricated concrete structure systems have the characteristic that they break down the structure into prefabricated parts in the factory using prestressed concrete, and are subsequently assembled on site. Its main advantage lies in the speed of assembly on site. And in the quality of the material, since the pieces are forged in a factory under controlled conditions.
