Responsible Declaration of Second Occupation and Second Occupation Certificate or License<\/strong> They are commonly used as equivalents to describe the same procedure. To carry out this Responsible Declaration, the home must have been legally built and have had the First Certificate of Habitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead, the <strong>Responsible Declaration of First Occupation<\/strong> This is applicable at the end of the construction of a new building or when legalizing an irregular building, converting it into a dwelling.
