I offer a Technical Inspection of your building in Alcantarilla. With the data from the inspection I will prepare an Assessment Report for the building. During my visit, I will comment on the existing damage and recommend possible measures to be taken by the community of owners. After this visit, you will be informed of how your property ranks on the report and if it needs repairs.

What is the IEE for?

A building evaluation report (IEE) is a document that certifies the physical state of the building, in order to meet legal requirements. The purpose of this report is to determine if your building meets safety, health, and accessibility standards. If you plan to apply for grants to rehabilitate or improve your property, it is essential that you have passed the IEE.

Work process for the Sewer Building Evaluation Report

The work process is as follows:

After receiving the building information I will send you an estimate.
Once the budget is accepted, I will visit the building for the technical inspection. I must visit at least 50% of the homes and common areas, especially basements and roofs.
After the inspection, I will write the report and I'll show it to you so you can review it before registering it.
Afterwards, I will endorse it at the Official College of Architects and I will present at City Hall.
Once registered I will send you all the documentation with the fully valid IEE.
